From high-touch leadership events hosting Sotheby’s International Realty’s affiliate owners to Global Networking Events hosting agents and brokers, VIVA has collaborated with the Sotheby’s International Realty client team to develop event themes and branding, event design, run of show, general session, breakout design and production, custom entertainment performances, activations, presentation design and writing, and video series creation. Sotheby’s International affiliates, brokers, and agents travel in from all over the world for this gathering of the best-of-the-best in luxury realty. VIVA collaborates with the Sotheby’s International Realty team to design a guest journey that reflects quality of the brand and the properties they represent. VIVA works with the brand to understand current market conditions, competitive landscape, and strategy for the future. This guides the development of event identity, event and environmental design, presentations, special moments during sessions, and other content.
For a luxury experience, every detail is important from save the date and registration, through event communications, and arrivals on site. VIVA partners with the client team to ensure that every touchpoint of the program amplifies an understanding of the vision, tactics, services, and plan for the brand—while ensuring the overall program provides time for small group sharing and networking.
