Live Extended Reality Production Reveals
To support FCAā€™s Ram Truck Division's new Heavy Duty pickup lineup at the North American International Auto Show, VIVA leaned in to the power story found within the truck itself. With slick interior and progressively updated tech, theĀ true narrative focusĀ was the new powertrain and chassis upgrade.
To support this powertrain story, VIVA created a widescreen canvas of LED that moved and transformed to hit upon each beat of the reveal story. Most notable was the use of moving LED to reveal the trucks as they drove on stage from scenic locations all over the country.
VIVAā€™s use of groundbreaking extended reality (XR) techniques also supported the powertrain story, utilizing real Ram truck models on stage and pulling virtual trailers on screen (created in 3D animation). The illusion was as powerful as the truck itself as it captured the attention of media, while VIVA ushered in a new era in XR live onstage production.
