Flawless National Event Production and Online Community Development

Avaya provides CX AI, cloud communications, and workstream collaboration services. For the  Champions Excellence Summit recognition program, Avaya needed an event production partner known for event design, management, and execution at the highest level.

Avaya is known for delivering CX experiences that matter; VIVA is known for creating them through events, content, and digital audience engagement.

The large-scale event strategy was to celebrate and recognize high-achievers while aligning around business goals, alignment, new products, and services. Our design was immersive, using screens, signage, and scenic design to make the Champions Excellence Summit one of the most successful on record.

A similar achievement is the Avaya Virtual Partner Conference. By designing, developing, and creating an online community for Avaya channel partners and employees, VIVA created an interactive "city square." Users gathered for events, networking, and community around Avaya partner products, services, and growth. The aim is community engagement and alignment around how partners fit into the overall organizational strategy, with presentations from global leadership. VIVA created content for this dynamic and robust 24/7 virtual and hybrid portal – The Avaya Virtual Partner Forum.
